We use only the finest hotels, all with en-suite facilities, tea/coffee making facilities and good television, good food, clean accommodation and a friendly atmosphere

Financial Security

Almost everyone these days worry about the security of their holiday booking.  All monies are held in an independent financial trust until completion of their tour or mini break, ensuring their money is safe at all times.

 

No Smoking

Due to public demand, we continue our no smoking policy.  Stops are planned on tours to ensure smokers are not inconvenienced.

 

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint regarding your accommodation, please ensure the Hotel Reception and our driver are informed immediately - problems can then be resolved quickly. If your complaint is of a more serious nature, we ask that you put your complaint in writing within 8 days of your return.  We promise to respond to all letters
